"Most people say that a young person learns fast because they are young. And they think that is the reason the young seem to learn something physical faster than an older person. The Supreme Court has said that you cannot define a word by the same word. It cannot be done. So the above cannot be the answer to why the young learn physical things quicker. Here is the answer everyone is looking for, 'Anyone up until they are 20 years of age absorbs the dance with their growth. When one is over 20 they adapt the dance to their repair.'
